Biologist, Registered Dietitian, Researcher, Plant Medicine Woman

Manuela has always been passionate about the connection between food and hormones, and after working in Endocrinology, Metabolism and Lipid Research at Washington University, she decided to open her own clinical practice where she could support women in balancing their symptoms by getting to the root cause. She believes we all deserve to feel good in our body

  • When will we meet?

    We'll meet on Saturday May 18th at 4pm local time in our secret, unique location (exact location will be shared the day before)

  • Is it a problem if I can't attend both days?

    Ideally, I'd love to create an intimate group to fully live both days BUT I MIGHT open the possibility to attend either Saturday or Sunday or both but without sleeping accommodation (apply with your preference)

  • What is included?

    For the full retreat is included food, sleep, workshops, and SURPRISES

  • What is the best airport to land in Rome?

    Rome Fiumicino (FCO) is my choice, but if you find any convenient flight from and to Rome Ciampino, by all means keep this option in mind {consider at least 45 min by car or 1h by public transportation for both options to and from the center of Rome}

  • Are there refunds?
